The Certified Secure Commerce Auditor (CSC/A) is the second certification in the IOSC certification program.  This recognition is targeted at individuals who will serve as internal auditors for their organization's secure commerce program.  The CSC/A certification requires a broader base of education as well as a specialty course focusing on internal audit.  The requirements for this certification are:

- Complete the following courses from the IOSC curriculum:

- Secure Commerce Basics
     - Secure Administration and Management
     - Internal Security Audit (a Level III course)
     - At least two Level II courses (specialty areas)
- Be an IOSC member in good standing (professional or law enforcement).
-
Submit a completed Application for Certification.
- Submit the required $50 US processing fee.
- Allow 5-10 days for application verification and processing.
- Certification and training must be renewed every two years.

Upon successful completion of the certification requirements, the applicant will be issued their certification credentials identifying them as a Certified Secure Commerce Auditor (CSC/A).  Each certification will include endorsements indicating the specialty areas (Level II courses) for which the certification is being issued.  As an example, an applicant may have current training in both Secure Warehouse Operations and Secure Transportation, resulting in a CSC/A certification with endorsements for both Secure Warehousing and Secure Transportation.  Endorsements are available for the following specialty areas, which correspond to Level II educational courses:

Secure Facilities Management
Secure Personnel Management
Secure Warehouse Operations
Secure Transportation Operations
Utilities and Communications Security
