The Certified Secure Commerce Manager (CSC/M) is the first certification in the IOSC certification program.  This recognition is targeted at individuals responsible for managing some aspect of secure commerce as part of their day-to-day activities.  The requirements for this certification are:

 
 

- Complete the following courses from the IOSC curriculum:
    
- Secure Commerce Basics
     - Secure Administration and Management
     - Any Level II course (specialty area)
- Be an IOSC member in good standing (professional or law enforcement).

Submit a completed Application for Certification.
- Submit the required $50 US processing fee.
- Allow 5-10 days for application verification and processing.
- Certification and training must be renewed every two years.

 
 
Upon successful completion of the certification requirements, the applicant will be issued their certification credentials identifying them as a Certified Secure Commerce Manager.  Each certification will include one or more endorsement, indicating the specialty area or areas (Level II courses) for which the certification is being issued.  As an example, an applicant may have current training in both Secure Warehouse Operations and Secure Transportation, resulting in a CSC/M certification with endorsements for both Secure Warehousing and Secure Transportation.  Endorsements are available for the following specialty areas, which correspond to Level II educational courses:

Secure Warehouse Operations
Secure Transportation Operations
Utilities and Communications Security
Managing Secure Partnerships
